I chose this hotel for my business appointment as it provides excellent amenities for business travelers, including a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. The location is also ideal for both cultural tourists and dynamic business travelers. The flexible meeting rooms were perfect for my needs and contributed to a successful work experience.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated office space or a workspace within the room. This would have been beneficial for me to comfortably work on my laptop and attend virtual meetings.

The bed was good and the breakfast was free. Fresh meals. Just walking distance from Museumsquartier.

During Easter, we stayed at a hotel with a convenient location close to popular tourist attractions. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and breakfast, which was a nice touch. The room was also spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The room and bathroom were unclean and in need of maintenance. The air conditioning was not working and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep in the heat.

The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, and the room had enough space for three adults and a child. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the highway, with a 24/7 open reception and bar. It's just a 2-minute walk to the Gasometer, where we attended a concert. The hotel even arranged airport pick-up for my daughter, who arrived earlier. Great coffee and a bar to enjoy a beer after the show.

One guest had a negative experience with the hotel staff. They had to wait for an hour to check-in because their room was not ready, and they were not kept informed.

They blocked the money for the room and used another money for the payment. The money are still blocked after 1 week. They should specify this situation in their offer.

The hotel rooms at Plaza Inn Wien Gasometer are absolutely stunning! They are beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and a cozy atmosphere. It really makes you feel at home.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small. However, I understand that others may still find it functional and adequate for their needs.

the location was perfect for our purpose, since we were there to play poker at the montesino located next door. We liked the size of the rooms, especially the big and good showers.
